Jimmy Daniels

CEO
Jimmie L. Daniels has served as Chairman of Minority Business for M.E.R.C. for two years. His primary responsibility was to create opportunities for minority vendors with minority companies. He has received recognition from many organizations for this dedication and commitment to helping others, help themselves. He has been recognized as one of the most aggressive leaders of our time.

 

 
   

Dolores Daniel

President
Dolores Daniels oversees the administration and financial responsibilities of the corporation and is personally involved in the customer relations of some of TFM’S largest accounts. As company ombudsmen, her management background allows her to interact with the clients and employees to assure operations and projects run smoothly. Her responsibility also includes litigation and oversees of labor issues.

Kelly Ammons

VP Operations / Sales – Janitorial Services
Kelly has over 20 years experience in the custodial field. Since joining the company back in 1987 as an on – site supervisor, Ms. Ammons has worked her way up to her current position of VP Operations / Sales. Her duties include Managing clients accounts, special projects and preparing proposals.
 
   

Kenneth Daniels

Field Manager
Kenneth Daniels has over 15 years experience in the custodial field. His responsibilities include the managing of supervisors who oversee approximately 800 employees and Special Projects oversight. He has attended various seminars and classes in Managerial and Supervisory skills, leadership and personal development and customer service.
